Ironheart Mile
“One Heart, One Mile” is the theme for the Ironheart Mile. These events will consist of flat 1 mile (some loop, some linear) venues. Awards will be given to the top 3 in each age-group and specialty division. Due to the number of divisions, this will be a staggered start.
